I am a born creative with a nostalgic heart who discovered a camera before I could form a full sentence. Born and raised in Indiana, I am natural lover of the outdoors and grew up with a camera in hand everywhere I went.
It all started when someone handed me a fifty dollar bill after snapping a few family photos. I didn't know I could make a living doing something I was passionate about: expressing myself creatively, freezing time, creating art, documenting people, and telling stories of all shapes, sizes, colors, and moods.
Combining raw, sentimental moments with a focus in documentary style photography, my goal is to create timeless images to be cherished by your kids and their kids.
With over 10 years of experience, I've photographed stories in Indiana, Tennessee, Florida, and I'm always down to tell a new story, in a new place. My dream location to photograph is Tokyo, Japan.
I've photographed dozens of weddings while hiding in hallways and peeking around corners to capture serendipitous moments.
I started shooting weddings in 2014 as a shy girl with a passion for people and telling their story in a creative way.
My love for people started young when I found myself attending more funerals than weddings. I thought it was normal to lose that many people on a regular basis. When I faced the trauma of losing so many people at such a young age, I turned to old photographs to learn the story about the people I lost too soon.

I work best alone...
I don't want you to wish you were there. I want you to feel like you actually were.
The less you notice me, the better. When we let moments happen naturally, time is filled with purpose. You can rest in knowing that I will understand, feel, anticipate, and beautifully capture the moment as it happens. I won't plan the day;
I let it happen. I won't be in charge;
I will take a step back and capture as if I were a guest. With my experience in documenting weddings, I will ease your anticipation of the day by bringing my suggestions and artistic standpoint to pull you in closer to the moment, living the best day of your life with intention.
I love experimenting with photography
I shoot in many different mediums such as digital, film, and polaroid. I am always experimenting and trying new things.
You'll notice a wide variety of styles and tones throughout my work which is an artistic choice to express to the viewer how i felt in that moment.
