I’ve been a storyteller for as long as I can remember—long before I could even form full sentences, I had a camera in hand. Born and raised in Indiana, my love for the outdoors and human connection shaped the way I see the world through my lens. Photography, for me, is more than just images; it’s about preserving the fleeting, the raw, and the beautifully unscripted.
My approach is rooted in documentary-style photography, blending sentimentality with an editorial eye. I aim to create timeless images that feel as honest and emotive decades from now as they do today—photos that will live on in the hands of your children and their children.
This passion turned into a profession the day someone handed me a fifty-dollar bill for capturing a simple family moment. That’s when I realized I could make a living doing what I love: freezing time, creating art, and documenting stories of all shapes, sizes, colors, and moods.
With over a decade of experience, I’ve photographed love stories across Indiana, Tennessee, and Florida, always eager for the next adventure. My dream? To one day document a story in Tokyo, Japan. Until then, I’ll be right here—ready to tell yours.
From a young age, my understanding of love and loss was shaped by attending more funerals than weddings. This early exposure to grief made me appreciate the fleeting nature of life, prompting me to seek solace in old photographs. Those images became windows into the stories of the loved ones I lost too soon, igniting my desire to honor and preserve the stories of others through my lens.
My journey began in 2013 when I embraced my passion for storytelling through photography. What started as a shy girl's dream quickly evolved into a deep commitment to documenting the unique narratives of each couple I meet.
This is your story.
